Unknown Croatia‘s first line up announcement features over fifty artists, including an array of live performances and DJ sets from some of the industry’s leading talents.
Announced so far are live sets from Scottish electro pop group Chvrches as well as Wild Beasts, Jungle, Mount Kimbie, James Holden and Ten Walls.
A plethora of DJs have also been announced and include familiar names from 2013 with the likes of Dixon, TEED and Daniel Avery all returning to North Croatia’s Coastline.
Last year’s sell-out debut event set the standard high not just with big names such as Jessie Ware and Disclosure but also with unique art installations, set to return this year on an even bigger scale courtesy of Mad Ferret productions, Unit 44 and more.
With a week-long festival to fill and plenty more artists to be announced, the main stage will be open for an extra day this year, allowing more time to cram in some high-class performances from some awesome dance acts.
Other DJs announced to fill such a space include Seth Troxler, DJ Harvey, John Talabot, Bicep, Joy Orbison, Simian Mobile Disco, Tale of Us, Ame, Michael Mayer and Bicep.
Boat party line ups are soon to be announced as well as the line up for an amazing brand new addition for this year: exclusive private island parties.
The week-long festival takes place between 8-12 September in the beautiful town of Rovinj, a location that last year allowed soul artist Lulu James to perform some of her set in the sea; Unknown Croatia really is a festival you don’t want to miss.
