One Love Festival, the UK’s number one reggae and dub festival, have announced the dates for 2014’s festival as well as releasing a limited amount of Early Bird tickets.
The festival will be taking place between 15-17 August in a secret location which is soon to be announced.

The event grows year on year, and now has no fewer than six different arenas. This festival brings together some of the industry’s greatest veterans, alongside the rising stars of tomorrow, showcasing the very best of UK sound system culture.
Being the only UK reggae camping festival in the UK makes One Love a very special occasion each year, combining great music with a friendly and chilled vibe throughout the day. The evenings witness an exciting transformation when carnival ethos sweeps in and the festival quickly becomes a celebration in true Jamaican style.
For all those who love the sounds of the Caribbean, the festival also gives the chance for you to experience the taste too with a huge range of catering outlets providing authentic soul food. You can also expect an array of independent stall holders selling crafts, clothing, cultural items and most importantly records, so you can take some of the music home.
The festival began in 2008, marking the 30th anniversary of reggae legend Bob Marley’s concert of the same name. One Love prides itself on staying true to the ethos of peace and love, truth and rights and equality and justice that Bob Marley’s concert held so strong.
The festival holds an intense passion for reggae music and this year is hoping to stage a reggae revolution to save the genre they believe is quickly becoming discredited.
Reggae DJ David Rodigan left Kiss FM as a stand against its marginalisation of reggae to the twilight hours. He said: “Reggae was originally played on the streets, not on radio, Reggae is worthy of more respect and so are the fans and lovers of this music.” One Love provides the chance for fans to witness the music in its true form, the way it should be heard.
