The Electric Daisy Carnival has been wowing the stateside crowds since its first inaugural year way back in 1997. Over the years it has grown into one of the premier electronic events in the US festival calendar helping some 700,000 crazy party heads lose themselves and then find themselves again in a multi-coloured pulsing crowd of sweet sensations.
This festival has now found its way across the pond to the UK where it will be taking place in Milton Keynes for one night only on Saturday 11th of July. This full scale spectacular is set to overload your capacity for entertainment with jugglers, stilt walkers, freaks, rides and installations exploding into a carnivalesque atmosphere of epic proportion.
Headliners are set to include some of the world’s EDM elite including Hardwell, Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Jamie Jones, Ferry Corsten, Pendulum, Sub Focus, Claude VonStroke, Friction, MistaJam, Paul Van Dyk and many more still to be announced. For tickets and the full line up so far, see our EDC page.
The festival will also feature for the first time ever – the kineticCATHEDRAL stage. This is a smaller version of the massive installation that first debuted at EDC Las Vegas last year, featuring twenty multi-coloured strobe lasers, huge LED screens and fountains, creating the feeling of detailed stained glass windows as they worship at this church of the electronic beat.
