Coachella 2017

Radiohead, Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar have been announced for the headline slots at this year’s Coachella Festival. This super strong line up of household names from top genres is backed up by the likes of Lorde, The Avalanches and many more quality acts and artists.

It is the third time Indie legends Radiohead have headlined the stage, with previous outings in 2004 and 2012. Beyoncé has made a surprise appearance in 2010 when she joined husband Jay-Z in 2010 and another in 2015 with sister Solange.  Kendrick is no stranger to the party either, doing a double in 2012 when he coupled with Ice Cube before guesting it up with Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg in the headline slot.

Joining the headliners will be Lorde, who will be playing her first live gig since November 2014 and The Avalanches appearance is set to be a return after 15 years away from US stages. Other names on the billing include Bon Iver, The XX, Father John Misty, Car Seat Headrest, Four Tet, S U R V I V E and Justice.

With dates spanning two weekends from April 14th-16th and April 21st-23rd the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California looks like it’s once again set to play host to some of the biggest names in the business.

Last year’s party went off like a proverbial rocket with the eclectic headline listing of LCD Soundsystem, party starter Calvin Harris, and the mercurial Glam Metal of Guns ‘N Roses.
