Love Saves The Day is back for 2017 with the first wave of acts announced for the two day music festival.
Swedish electronic band Little Dragon are set to headline the festival main stage on the Saturday. They will be joined on the main stage by Mura Masa, the young British electronic music producer and writer, as well as Nao, who will bring her soulful mix of electronic funk and RnB to the stage. Other artists include Fatima Yamaha, Crazy P and Bonzai. The first wave of acts for the Saturday, across several stages, are in keeping with the edgy electronic and soulful vibes of the festival, with acts that include Jamie Jones , Catz ‘N Dogz, Bicep, Andrew Weatherall, Hunee, Move D, Zed Bias and many more.
Sunday’s headliner is Fat Freddy’s Drop, an alternative offer to the electronic filled Saturday. They are a seven piece band from New Zealand who are a fusion of dub, reggae, soul, jazz, rhythm and blues. They are joined by Kate Tempest, the renowned spoken-word artist as well as grime singer, AJ Tracey.
Shy FX will be performing at the festival for the first time. Nadia Rose, the fifth artist on BBC’s Sound of 2017, will also appear on Sunday alongside the beats of Kano, My Nu Leng, DJ Zinc and loads of more dance acts.
The famous Arcadia Afterburner will be also making an appearance for the second year running!
Love Saves The Day regains its spot at Eastville Park on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May for another weekend of love, laughter and music.
