About NASS
The NASS festival is billed as the UK’s top event for fans of skateboarding and BMX based thrills and spills. It takes place in early July with space for 15,000 attendees to rock out to the extreme sports action and the heavy, heavy monster sound that takes place at the Bath and West Showground. Like many of these events there is a dual feel to the proceedings with some coming for the extreme sports and others for the musical show.
To accompany the high energy antics on the tracks and skate ramps there’s usually a blend of in your face, blam-heavy sonics to help wash the action down. Expect some of the hottest names in the Beats arena together with a sprinkling of older legends in a line up that falls more on the Breaks side of the Dance music fence. Definitely a DJ and producer driven array of music here, this audio selection will keep you stepping it out till the very last moment.
If you want to catch the big names in the BMX and skateboarding scenes then NASS is the place to come. Both Matt Hoffman and Tony Hawks have appeared here, giving this event some serious credentials with the cool kids. As one of the biggest events on the UK calendar expect everyone to be on their best behaviour hoping to catch some truly memorable moments in an upfront and energetic atmosphere.
